Refund policy
Our Promise
We strive to deliver the highest quality products and services at HashiCorp, and our merch is no exception. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know how we can make it right.
Cancellations
At this time, cancellations are processed manually. You are able to cancel your order before fulfillment by our warehouse, by emailing store@hashicorp.com. Please include your order number; we will process the cancellation and email a confirmation once refund has been initiated.
Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the original purchase date of the item. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange beyond 30 days.
To return an item, first send an email to store@hashicorp.com to let us know you are returning the item and why. We will get back to you within two (2) business days with the return address for your item.
HashiCorp is not responsible for shipping costs; you will need to pay the return shipping costs for your item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not issue a stop-payment or rejection with your bank or credit card company. These are incredibly costly and we can quickly process your refund in most cases.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available on non-apparel items (stickers, mugs, glasses, etc). T-shirts, pants, shorts, and other wearables are not eligible for exchanges, but may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received, HashiCorp will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. You will receive an email when your refund is processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, usually within 14 business days.
